This policy explains what information Lemcool Enterprises, LLC, DBA Lemcool Technologies ("we," "us," "our") collects when you use our website and buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our address is 4071 E Diamond Joe Rd, Kingman, AZ 86401.

Information we collect

• When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address, plus what you ordered.
• When you create an account: your name, email address and password, along with your saved addresses and order history.
• When you contact us: whatever you include in your message.
• When you browse: basic technical information our servers record automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
• When we build your system: the serial numbers of its major components, linked to your order. We use them for warranty service and to verify returns.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are entered directly into our payment processor's secure forms.

• To send order confirmations, shipping notices and replies to your messages
• To provide warranty service and process returns

• To prevent fraud and protect our customers and business
• To meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations

Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run the store, and only what they need to do their part:

• Stripe, which processes payments, including Link, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay. If you choose Affirm or Klarna, that provider receives the information needed to offer you financing.
• FedEx, which receives your name, shipping address and phone number to deliver your order.
• Microsoft, which hosts our website on Microsoft Azure and handles our order-related email through Exchange Online.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect against fraud, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as keeping you signed in, remembering your cart and protecting forms from abuse. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy first.

Marketing email
We do not currently send marketing email. If we start, it will be opt-in only, every message will include an unsubscribe link, and we will update this policy to name the service we use.

How long we keep your information
We keep order and build records for as long as your system's warranty coverage lasts and as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account.

Your choices
You can review and update your account details at any time. You can also email us to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected or deleted. We may need to keep certain order records to meet warranty, tax or legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, and we will honor requests made under them.

Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so if you suspect a problem with your account, please contact us right away.

Children
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the update on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
