Warranty Policy

System coverage
Every DeskServer™ system carries a 3-year warranty covering parts and labor. All other Lemcool Technologies systems carry a 1-year warranty covering the same. Coverage begins on the date your system ships. If a component we installed fails inside that period, we replace and reinstall it — the labor is ours, not yours.

Component coverage
Individual parts carry their own manufacturer warranties, which vary by part and in several cases outlast our system coverage. For example, Corsair power supplies (LT Gamer, Pro and DeskServer systems) are warranted for 10 years, Rosewill power supplies (LT Entry and Basic systems) for 5 years, Samsung 9100 PRO SSDs for 5 years, Corsair Vengeance memory for the life of the part, and Western Digital Blue hard drives for 2 years. Where a manufacturer warranty is still running, we will help you make the claim.

Extended coverage
System coverage can be extended to up to 5 years total. Choose an extension when you configure your system, or ask for one when you request a quote for a custom build. Extensions cover parts and labor. Quoted extension pricing is adjusted for non-standard configurations such as upgraded storage or custom cooling.

What is not covered

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
• Unauthorized modifications, including overclocking or tampering with firmware.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect how the system works.
• Data loss. Keep backups — we can help you set them up, but we cannot recover what was never copied.

Making a claim
Email service@lemcooltech.com with your order details and a description of the problem. We will diagnose it with you and arrange a replacement where one is warranted.

Shipping during a claim
For as long as your coverage lasts, including any extension, we cover shipping your repaired system back to you; you cover sending it to us. Customers within Kingman city limits may arrange free pickup instead. Outside the city limits, pickup may carry a fee depending on distance.
